Michael Indaburu did an incredible job of guiding us through the loan and homebuilt process. He was informative, patient, and helpful. Even when I asked about shopping around to compare rates, he didn't hesitate to encourage me to find the best rate, even if it wasn't with him. He really took the time to understand our needs, and helped answer our questions about the benefits and disadvantages about different types of loans, and even clearing up misunderstandings and info we got from other loan officers. Michael is best, hands down, and we had a really great experience. He also recommended the best realtor in our area to work with. Both him and Eileen really made us feel like we were their only clients, and made themselves available all hours of the day by text/email. If you're feeling intimidated, overwhelmed, or worried, Michael has your back and is totally on your team.
